I just placed the February calendar online and wanted to take on a question regarding the Big Town show, which has historically been quite popular. This show used to be part of the Classic Shows rotation, but if memory serves the building was sold and the show was shut down.
Classic Shows (NTGC) still has the map to Big Town on their site, but the actual show has been moved to the Mesquite Convention Center along with the Irving/Allen rotation on the formal schedule.
So, it looks like the show is still in business; it’s just been moved to a new venue in Mesquite. I’m looking forward to doing a full review.

Texas Gun Show Review 
There will never be another Big Town. The venue was the show. There are other shows .. Mesquite, Irving, Dallas. NTGC is still NTGC and still doing shows but make no mistake, Big Town does not live on elsewhere … you have to have frequented the place to know what I mean. That one can not be duplicated. The shows however continue on and the Mesquite show is just as good as any of them. This is Texas ~ a gun show is a gun show unless it’s Market Hall and then it’s a Market Hall gun show.
